Here is our veggie plot mid summer 2006
The potatoes are looking pretty good. Rotating the bed each year helps to keep diseases away, and helps the soil generally. We're not yet self sufficient in spuds, but as you can see, we get a pretty nice crop each year, and of course, they taste so much better than from the shops.
